ATHEMI connects to Bexio through its official REST API (v2 and v4) using an access token you generate in your Bexio account. Once connected, the following data flows bidirectionally:

Browse your pending Bexio offers (Entwurf / Versendet) directly from ATHEMI and import them into a new project. The PDF, customer details, and amounts are copied automatically β including the customer contact resolved from Bexio's contact API.
Bidirectional contact sync
Import your entire Bexio contact database into ATHEMI. New contacts created in ATHEMI can be pushed back to Bexio. Pagination is handled automatically for large databases (>500 contacts).
Automatic status updates
When your customer accepts a quote in ATHEMI, the linked Bexio offer is automatically updated to "Akzeptiert" status. When a project is terminated, the offer is cancelled in Bexio.
Purchase bill push
As a customer in a project, import supplier invoices received in ATHEMI directly into Bexio as purchase bills via the v4.0 bills API with structured address format.
Legally valid digital signatures
Customers sign quotes directly in ATHEMI with legally valid digital signatures. Signed PDFs are attached to the Bexio offer and stored in ATHEMI with cryptographic proof of signing.
