Any Bexio plan that allows API access works. The integration uses standard Bexio API endpoints available in all business plans. For contact sync and quote handling you need at least Bexio Pro or higher.

ATHEMI fetches only pending Bexio offers (Entwurf and Versendet status) so your list stays relevant. Already-accepted or cancelled offers are filtered out automatically. You import them one at a time when creating a new project.

Click "Import Contacts" in ATHEMI to pull your full Bexio contact database. Bexio's API limits responses to 500 contacts per page, so ATHEMI paginates automatically — large databases take a few seconds longer. Sync is bidirectional: new contacts added in ATHEMI can be pushed back to Bexio.

The linked Bexio offer is automatically updated to Akzeptiert status via the Bexio API. The signed PDF is attached to the offer and stored in ATHEMI with a cryptographic hash for audit purposes. You don't need to manually update Bexio.
